● Production system: Modern yarn extrusion and weaving machinery imported as a complete system from Korea, with strict quality control applied to every production batch.
MAIN PRODUCTS:
➽ Woven Webbing: Available in a wide range of designs and specifications, with widths from 5 mm to 100 mm and materials including PP, Polyester, and PE. Applications include backpacks and bags, sofa and furniture manufacturing, medical equipment, automotive seat belts, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
➽ PP Yarn: Polypropylene weaving yarn produced on Korean manufacturing lines, offering consistent specifications across production batches. Supplied to manufacturers of packaging fabrics, webbings, technical textiles, and other industrial yarn-processing applications.
SUPPLY CAPACITY:
➢ Woven Webbing: 8-10 million meters per month
➢ PP Yarn: 80-100 metric tons per month
➢ Integrated Production Process: In-house production of PP yarn as the primary raw material, ensuring synchronized quality control, stable supply, and optimized costs.
