The Board of Directors includes U.S. citizens, and the technical team has received training and graduated in sheet metal and mechanical engineering in the U.S. With around 250 Amada CNC machines for punching, stamping, bending, pressing, and precision laser cutting sourced from the U.S. and Japan, Vĩnh Lộc Metal guarantees top-tier production capabilities. Our powder coating system utilizes microprocessor technology from Switzerland and European standards, while surface treatments from Japan ensure rust prevention and long-lasting aesthetics, reducing maintenance costs and remaining environmentally friendly.
Notably, Vinh Loc Metal has an in-house team of mold makers for production, equipped with milling, welding, turning, laser, and plasma machines from Japan, America, and Germany, eliminating the need for external mold suppliers during manufacturing.
