Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC stands for a joint venture company jointly established between Vietnam Steel Corporation (Vietnam), Delta Group (Australia) Pty Limited and Viet Steel Co., LTD (Vietnam), under the Investment License No. 1295/GP issued by the State Committee for Co-operation and Investment on June 30, 1995.
Located in 40.000 m2 with modern machineries and equipments from Europe, Vingal - Vnsteel Industries JSC produces and supplies in 03 main fields:
1. Hot-Dip Galvanization with Capacity of 60.000 MT/year
2. Mechical Fabrication with Capacity of 12.000 MT/year
3. Manufactureof Black & Galvanized Steel Pipes with Capacity of 30.000 MT/year.
The hot-dip galvanized kettle produced by W. PILLING (Germany) and become a biggest size of kettles in Vietnam currently (The length: 12.7m, the width: 1.8m, the depth: 2.6m)
This big kettle is enable Vingal - Vnsteel to galvanize a hulk components for road traffic, telecommunication, power transmissions, construction, etc according to international standards of AS/NZS (Australia), ASTM (USA).
Having the advantaged combination of on-site Black & Galvanized Steel Pipe Manufacture, Mechical Fabrication and Hot-Dip Galvanization with the biggest size of tank in Vietnam will help the products reduce cost and increase the competitiveness of products.
Combined equippment with modern machineries and advanced technologies from Europe, prodution processing strictly complies with the quality control system ISO 9001:2008 certified by Intertek (USA). Vingal`s products and services always meet the strict quality requirements of key national projects and are exported to advanced countries in the world such as Japan, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Australia, Taiwan, etc.
