GBM Hưng Yên is a manufacturer of ADC12 aluminum and ZDC2 zinc die-cast components in accordance with Korean standards. The company was established in 2019 with an investment capital of USD 1,000,000 and currently supplies numerous FDI enterprises in the industrial, electronics, camera, and automotive sectors.

Large-scale production capacity
✅ Factory covering 11,000 m², with a built-up area of 9,000 m²
✅ A team of 490 employees, including 457 production workers
✅ 15 die-casting machines: 11 cold-chamber aluminum die-casting machines (125T - 500T) and 4 hot-chamber zinc die-casting machines (25T - 80T) from Japanese and Korean brands such as TOYO, TOSHIBA, SHIBAURA, UBE, HANARO
✅ A post-casting machining system with more than 130 pieces of equipment: CNC lathes, machining centers (MCT), tapping machines, polishing machines, shot blasting machines, sandblasting machines, and trimming machines

Integrated production - quality and delivery control
The entire process is carried out through an integrated system:
Raw material inspection → Die casting → Trimming and CNC machining → Polishing, shot blasting, and sandblasting → Drilling and tapping → Surface treatment → Powder coating, wet painting, screen printing, and pad printing → 100% OQC inspection → Assembly and delivery
▪️ In-house tooling and jig workshop: In-house design, manufacturing, and maintenance of molds using CNC machines, EDM machines, wire-cut machines, laser welding machines, and 3D measuring machines, helping shorten new product development time
▪️ In-house surface treatment lines: Chromate treatment, powder coating, wet painting, screen printing, pad printing, and industrial drying ovens
▪️ On-schedule assembly and delivery: Scheduled deliveries multiple times per day for customers with continuous assembly lines
